Fast Shutter: For this picture, I used a shutter speed of 1/1000 of a second, aperture of f16, and an ISO of 100. The subject, which was food coloring being dropped in water, was lit up from the bottom using a bright light. The picture was taken from above and then cropped to remove any unneeded and distracting background. |
i think both of your pictures were pretty successful. the first one came out pretty close to the image search photo because they both have good lighting for the fast shutter speed that you had to use and are pretty smiliar in composition, but the image search photo has a white backgroud that is less distracting than the colors you have behind yours. the colors are pretty though it makes the photo more interesting. the second image is also pretty close. The photo you took shows a little camera shake and i think the light should be a little more blurry. try changing the aperture to make the lights less in focus.
ReplyDeleteYour first image was extremely successful and almost identical to the orignal idea, i like how you created a vibrant background. In order to improve the image i would suggest adding more colors.
ReplyDeleteYOur second image was again very successful and i like how the image has an almost 3D effect to it. In order to improve it i would suggest that you make more use of the blue light.
This Makes my day. Good job!
